Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Amply Cleaning Co. By booking with us, you agree to the following straightforward terms designed to keep everything fair and transparent.
1. Bookings & Payments
  • Bookings are confirmed once payment details are provided.
  • First-time cleans must be paid in advance (card or direct debit).
  • Regular clients may pay by direct debit, saved card, or bank transfer.
  • Cash is accepted only with prior agreement.
  • Services will not be carried out if payment is outstanding.
2. Pricing
  • Our current rates are published on our website.
  • Minimum booking times apply (2 hours for one-off cleans, 4 hours for end-of-tenancy).
  • Prices may change, but we will always give at least 30 days’ notice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • 48+ hours’ notice: no charge to cancel or reschedule.
  • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booking fee applies.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no access: full fee applies.
  • If we must cancel, we will either reschedule at your convenience or refund in full.
4. Access to Your Property
  • Please ensure our team can enter at the agreed time. If we cannot, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation.
  • We offer secure key-holding arrangements if you prefer not to be at home.
5. What We Ask From You
  • Ensure water, electricity and safe access are available.
  • Put away fragile or valuable items where possible.
  • We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by faulty appliances, pre-existing issues, or normal wear and tear.
6. Our Standards
  • We use eco-friendly, child-safe products: tough on dirt, safe for families.
  • Our Amply Home Care Specialists are trained to deliver premium service.
  • They will not use personal phones (except for emergencies) and will always conduct themselves respectfully.
  • If you are not happy, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no cost.
7. Insurance & Liability

Amply Cleaning Co. carries full public liability insurance.

 
We are not liable for:
  • General wear, discolouration or deterioration.
  • Items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special care.
  • Delays beyond our control (such as severe weather or transport disruption).
8. Payments

Payments may be made via:

  • Stripe (Card) – secure online card payments.
  • GoCardless (Direct Debit) – preferred for regular clients.
  • Bank transfer – available by agreement.
  • Cash or cheque – only with prior approval.
  • Receipts are sent electronically.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
9. Privacy
  • Your personal details are kept secure and never shared except where required by law.
  • All Amply staff are vetted and bound by confidentiality.
10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the English courts.
